Online Orders Shipping Information:

We will process your order in 1-2 business days & get them out to you as soon as we can. We ship using USPS. Three shipping options are a $7 ground shipping (3-5 business days), $20 USPS priority shipping (2-3 business days) or $50 overnight shipping. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email via needboutique1@gmail.com.

When Free Shipping is available on orders of a certain amount is it only for ground shipping - continental US orders (USPS 5-7 business days).

Need Boutique is NOT responsible for delays, items that are lost or damaged in the mail, theft, or incorrect addresses. You are responsible for entering the correct address. Once we provide a tracking number and it is in the mail services hands we are not responsible. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Contact your local USPS to resolve any issues and investigate further. 

Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. 

*During covid/holidays please remember shipping could take longer then expected.

Online Returns:

We hope you feel confident with your order. If some reason you need to return an item, you have 7 days from the day you received your order to get it back to us for store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will deny the return of any item(s) that are received after this time period and you are subject to the return shipping cost.

All garments must be unworn, with original tags and receipt. We do have the right to deny any return.

With your return please include:

*The completed return form sent with your package.

*The original or a copy of the receipt.

Need Boutique is not responsible for shipping costs. When your return item is received, we will send you a store credit discount code for the item amount plus any tax. It will be a one time use code just for you. Whenever you use the code the amount has to be used all at once.

Need to Exchange?

The way to make sure you get what item you need is to place a new order for that item and return the other one. We will ship out the new order immediately. Once we receive the return we will issue a store credit discount code as stated above.

Wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. It can no longer be returned after the 3 days.

Items NOT eligible for returns.

**GIFT CODES, RED LINES/CLEARANCE/SALE, BODYSUITS & ACCESSORIES are FINAL sale and CANNOT be returned. 

**SHOES must be returned with their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box. Shoe box damage makes them unable to be sold. In that case they will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping cost. They must be unworn with no scuff/wear marks on the bottom. We do have the right to deny any return. 

**If you purchase an item online with a discount  (site-wide applied discounts or online discount codes) greater then or equal to 30% they are considered final sale and cannot be returned. 

**Any item(s) purchased from another platform are considered final sale.
